Important information about Building Pass payments
From the 1st April 2023, you will no longer be able to Top-Up your Building Pass cards. Holders of current Building Pass cards can continue to use them until the remaining balance is spent.
The use of these cards will cease on the 30th of June. Please ensure you spend the remaining balance or claim a refund before 30th of June.
To claim a refund, please follow the steps:
1. Please login to Upay app and select Account Management menu.
2. Select the option – Close Account.
3. You will be shown your current remaining balance and Refund Policy. Please read through it carefully and confirm your account closure at the bottom.
4. The refund might take up to 5 working days to credit the bank account or credit card account used.
5. Should this process fail, please contact helpdesk@uniware.com for assistance.
From the 1st of July you will be able to pay at our food and café outlets by:
· Debit/Credit cards
· Apple Pay
· Google Pay
· Time2Eat app for Click & Collect service
