Nicolette Millward - National Account Manager UK&I
Nicolette is our Commander in Chief here at Oliver’s. With over 20 years’ experience within the corporate food and beverage world, it’s safe to say she has managed a diverse range of accounts; everything from an artisan coffee brand to a British Army Barracks. She manages the overall operations of Oliver’s and ensures that everything runs without a hitch and to military precision. Her attention to detail is second to none and passion inspires the rest of the team to strive for excellence.
Nicolette LOVES all things coffee related. With a particularly keen and active interest in keeping up to date on all new and exciting coffee trends. She always strives to bring these to the customers at Oliver’s and surrounding coffee shops.
Scott Main- Head of Commercial
Scott heads up our commercial operation and is responsible for the onsite restaurants and coffee shops. He leads the front of house team and works closely with the onsite culinary team. He is responsible for ensuring that our offer is continually updated and brings you new and exciting products, pop-ups and regular supplier sampling that you quite often see at Oliver’s.
With over 20 years of experience under his belt. Scott has grown with our business and worked in a number of other large corporate clients across London. He is the steady hand that leads the ship and can always be found in the restaurant during lunch service. Scott is passionate about customer service, attention to detail and building a rapport with his customers.
Jack Morris - Food Services Manager
Jack has been part of the team for two years and oversees the running of our coffee shops and restaurant. He is often found in the middle of the restaurant during our lunch service. A keen runner, Jack enjoys marathon running, and normally has one planned in the not so distance future.
Ori Da Silva - Finance Manager
Ori joined us in March 2019 and comes with an extensive background in finance within large catering and hospitality organisations. As a Finance Manager he ticks the box of being our resident spreadsheet wizard but eats us out of house and home when it comes to sweet treats.
Ela Szewczyk - Quality and Compliance Manager
Ella has only recently joined us and has one of the most important roles within the team; ensuring everyone is safe and sound while at work. She is the unsung hero of the office and will often be found lending a hand behind a counter, serving at lunch time.
John Cudmore - Group Executive Chef
Trained at Bournemouth and Poole specialised chef school with a diploma in the culinary arts. John has been a chef for over 18 years and to this day calls it his passion.
John started his journey at The Goring Hotel in London Victoria where he has cooked for The Queen on four occasions. John has won Company UK chef of the year twice and most recently representing the U.K in Chile, Santiago for an international competition and coming first place. He is now starting his journey with Citi Bank who share the same values and visions, with some exciting times ahead.
